Would you like to contribute to national leadership in academic language and learning? We invite expressions of interest from AALL members who are keen to lead or assist in one of the following portfolio areas:
- President
- Vice-President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Public Officer (must reside in NSW)
- Research and Scholarship
- Professional Development
- Communications
- Grants and Awards
- Conferences
- National Practice
- Website and Online Presence
These roles are vital in supporting our members to navigate key opportunities and challenges, including academic integrity, emerging technologies, Indigenous knowledges, student well-being, and the ethical use of artificial intelligence.
We are especially enthusiastic about creating and extending leadership roles that build, support, and promote a vibrant professional community across Australia and beyond.
How to Nominate
To nominate for a role, please complete the AALL Executive Nomination Form (below) by COB Friday 22 September 2025.
You will need to provide:
- Your details as the nominee (must be a current AALL member)
- The names and contact details of two AALL members who support your nomination. (Please reach out if you need to connect with other AALL members).
