Hi all
I'm a learning adviser at Victoria University, New Zealand. We're thinking of starting a peer review system in our learning support unit of 13 learning advisers. Our objective is primarily professional development: helping individuals grow in terms of their practice.
My questions: Do you have peer review in your units? If so, any tips for us?
Cheers

Re: peer reviewing
Hi Karen,
I know that Michele Scoufis (UNSW) is leading an Australian Learning & Teaching Council (ALTC) project which addresses precisely what you're aiming to do. She came to the University of Southern Queensland a little while ago, and we interviewed her about the project, so this may be a good starting point. The following link includes the interview: http://www.usq.edu.au/learnteach/learnr ... coufis.htm

Many thanks Henk. This sounds perfect. I'll listen to the interview as soon as I have time.
