As an established, international, commercial provider of premium English, foundation and higher education, INSEARCH is seeking to appoint an Education Manager, Learning and Teaching who will provide outstanding educational leadership and who will deliver educational outcomes that are aligned to the strategic objectives of the organisation.

Reporting to the General Manager, Education this role is pivotal in the Quality Management framework in the Education Department. Critical to the success of this position will be initiating, developing, monitoring and reporting on quality improvements to the General Manager, Education and the INSEARCH Academic Board.

The ideal candidate will be a well respected academic with a strong track record of achievement in the higher education sector specifically in the areas of learning support; quality management; academic staff development; curriculum development, curriculum management and in the successful management of people. The appointee will possess the credentials necessary to build and maintain effective relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
